A User acting on behalf of an employer or entity acknowledges that they are authorized to do so and that they may be sharing certain corporate information with the Website and other Users. The information which the Company collects through the Website may include personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), which refers to information that helps the Company identify Users of the Website. The Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, data such as a User’s

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company does not currently knowingly store credit card numbers on its servers. All credit card information and identifying information is processed through an independent third-party as made available through the Website (“Payment Processor”). The User acknowledges that the Payment Processor is an independent third party with no affiliations with the Company. User acknowledges that it is his sole responsibility to investigate the Payment Processor’s policies and to ensure that he is satisfied with the same. User provides his information to the Payment Processor at his own risk. Moreover, User will be solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the User’s agreement with the Payment Processor, which may include, but is not limited to, the way the Payment Processor collects information, the manner in which they process payments and the duties and obligations that the User has with the Payment Processor. The Company does not know of the policies of independent third-parties, including the Payment Processor, and is not responsible for the information collected or how the information is used by any third-parties, including, without limitation, the Payment Processor.
If the User believes that he has been mistakenly billed, the User has the duty and obligation to notify the Payment Processor immediately of such error. The User must review the Payment Processor’s policy with regard to their notice requirement. Your browser may incorporate a “do not track” setting that can be enabled, which will send a signal to websites indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. In addition to the aforementioned information collected, Users leaving a review of the products (“Reviewers”) and Users purchasing goods from the Website (“Purchasers”) (collectively, “Registered Users”) will be asked to provide certain additional Personal Information. All Registered Users will be asked to provide information such as their name and e-mail address. The website may also log all actions Registered Users take while using the Website.
Purchasers will be asked to provide, without limitation, Personal Information including, without limitation, Purchaser’s name, physical address including state and country, telephone number, and email address. The Personal Information is collected in order to allow for greater ease in Purchasers utilizing the Website and its interactive features; to facilitate the transactions between Company and Purchaser; to allow the Company and the Website to identify the Purchaser, and to allow Company to contact the Purchaser for customer service purposes and otherwise. In addition, the Company requests Purchaser’s email address to confirm product purchases and to enable email or other electronic communications to be made through the Website.
Purchasers may also provide credit card and other payment information through the Website. The Company does not collect nor store this information, as is detailed above. Rather, it is stored independently by a Payment Processor.
Moreover, the Company may utilize a Registered User’s email address to send updates, newsletters, news or other information regarding the Website to the Registered User. In the event that a Registered User no longer wishes to receive such emails, they may “opt-out” via the “opt-out” function that appears in each email. However, any such “opt-out” may impact the Registered User’s utilization of any services, discounts, or other offers that are available through the Website. By “opting out” of all emails from their account, the Registered User assumes all such risk.
Registered Users will be providing more Personal Information than general Users to the Website. By becoming a Registered User, that User assumes all risk, and agrees to these terms with regard to all of the information that they submit vis-à-vis the Website. Furthermore, the information provided by a Purchaser may be shared with other entities in order to facilitate the purchase of the Company’s products, and a Purchaser’s purchase of the products constitutes consent to sharing this information. In the event that a Registered User seeks to terminate their relationship with Company, they may affirmatively request that Company remove all of Purchaser’s personal data from their servers. Registered Users may also change information previously submitted to Company. Requests for the removal or alteration of Personal Information may be submitted through the “Contact Us” page of the Website.
PRODUCT REVIEWS/CONTACT FORM
When submitting a product review on the Website and/or contacting us, User may be asked to provide certain Personal Information, including their name and email address. This information is collected to make it easier for you to use the Website and its interactive features including, without limitation, sending messages to the Company, posting feedback on the Website including, without limitation, compliments, tips, complaints and/or comments; to allow the Company and the Website to identify the User; and to allow the Company to contact the User, if necessary. In that regard, the Company may use your email address to respond to your questions, issues, concerns, complaints, general inquiries, and/or feedback and/or to provide you with information you requested (“Responses”).
