Registered users may track their orders. Simply sign into your account and click on “My Orders.” This section will let you see where your order is as soon as it has been shipped. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your reference.
We accept the following credit cards and payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards must have a US billing address. Please note that we are not currently able to accept credit cards that have a non-US billing address.
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing. If you do wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you possibly can. We will do our absolute best to help you.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Please note: tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
If your order is not going through our website, it may be because the billing information you’ve entered for your card or other purchasing option is inaccurate. Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through. For any other problems, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
